We are delighted to announce that Summa Tech has built an integration between their Onboarding tool and Glide’s workflow management tool.

The integration is certainly one that has the Glide team excited, mainly due to it’s ability to automate a reasonably critical part of our customers experience in Glide – the activation of recurring workflows from engagement data.
The critical factor to the integration then, is that Summa Tech’s onboarding is aware of which services have been included in the engagement (it can issue the engagement letter, if desired). In addition to creating the client, it will activate the appropriate workflows, prompt the user to choose a route (if multiple options exist) and prompt the user to enter the first job date (where required).
A bonus for CCH user firms is that both products integrate with CCH. Summa Tech’s onboarding handles the creation of the client in CCH and the three-way flow of data has been carefully managed.
In summary, everything a user currently has to do in Glide to complete the onboarding of a client, is now automated or managed through the onboarding program.
Other key features include the management of AML (customisable risk assessments, identity checks, etc) and engagement letters. Join the webinar to find out more!
