Yes. All major card are accepted. You can sign up from within the Glide system.
Yes. We accept direct debit payments through our partner GoCardless. This option will be available so long as the payment amount is within the GoCardless limits.
Where the direct debit option is not available, an offline payment option will be available instead. If you need offline payment but can’t see it, please contact Glide to discuss.
Yes. All subscriptions can be paid annually and a 5% discount is provided in these cases.
If you pay monthly, then you are committed to that month. If you pay annually, then you are committed to that year.
You can do this from within the Glide system, on the Glide Account page.
Email messages are included. SMS messages cost 5p, this is the cost to Glide which we pass on to you via an SMS balance.
The number of offices does not effect the price of Glide, which is based solely on the overall number of users. Choose the Advanced or Professional plans to set-up multiple offices.
Glide works in the cloud – you simply need a computer with a web browser. You can access Glide from anywhere.
Yes, we have a comprehensive Excel import tool for the import of client data. Glide Time has an import tool for opening WIP values.
Yes, we are a VAT registered business. Where applicable, VAT will be added automatically. If you think you should not be charged VAT (e.g. a business overseas), please contact Glide.
